InsideOut Dad® Program

We have been using NFI’s InsideOut Dad® program at Utah State University’s Fatherhood Education Program for almost ten years now, and the NFI Team has been a great partner for us. The InsideOut Dad® program is a transformative, evidence-based initiative that prepares incarcerated fathers to reconnect with their children and fulfill their parenting roles. By instilling a strong sense of purpose and accountability, the program fosters a shift in self-perception for these men, allowing them to envision their unique, irreplaceable roles in their families' lives. The facilitator’s guide is excellent and provides the structure and resources needed to run the program effectively.

This combination provides a basic definition and describes the strength of evidence (or the level/rating) for a program independent of bias. Our evidence-based programs have one or more rigorous outcome evaluations that demonstrate effectiveness by measuring the relationship between the program and its intended outcomes. Read more here.
