When will my order be shipped?
Our fulfillment vendor ships out FatherSource™ orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The amount of time your order will take to be delivered varies based on FedEx's shipping schedule in your area and if there are any weather-related delays.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
NFI welcomes orders from government agencies, private companies and organizations outside the U.S. To place an international order, call 240-912-1263 between 9AM and 5PM eastern standard time. International shipping rates will apply.
Free shipping offers only apply to US addresses. International orders must always pay shipping.
Can I return the items I purchased for a refund?
NFI has a no return, no refund policy. Items that arrive damaged may be exchanged for like items at no additional cost.
What is your Training Institute and Workshop refund Policy?
Should the customer cancel a training institute or workshop (in person, webinar, or otherwise), NFI will: refund the 100% of the price if cancelled more than 60 calendar days in advance of the first day of the event; refund 50% of the price if cancelled between 60 and 30 calendar days in advance of the first day of the event; and refund 0% if cancelled less than 30 calendar days in advance of the first day of the event. The customer must make the cancellation in writing (e-mail, fax or mail). This policy does not apply to the sale of any physical products purchased with relation to the training institute, as they cannot be refunded or returned after purchase.
An important note for training registrations made on NFI's Eventbrite website and paid for by credit card: For training that is cancelled between 30-60 days before the training and are due a 50% refund -- the refund cannot be made until after the actual training event occurs. This is due to the payment processing agreement that NFI has with Eventbrite.
What are your Shipping Policies?
For fastest service, order online. Standard orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and generally take 5-7 business days from the date of your completed order to arrive at your location (barring any weather events which may delay delivery). FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If your order contains a P.O. Box for delivery, your order will be sent via USPS and can take longer.
For military/armed forces orders, you can place them on our website or call to over by phone. On our website, at checkout, enter APO for the City and select your Armed Forces division from the drop down state list (Armed forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, etc.) All APO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express (FedEx does not offer shipping to APOs at this time.)
Orders from outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. currency drawn against a U.S. bank and must include additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. For international shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact NFI before placing your order to ensure accurate shipping charges.
