Training Description: NFI’s Organizational Master Training (OMT) prepares staff members and fatherhood practitioners to become certified Master Trainers of the 24:7 Dad® program within their organization. Designed for agencies seeking to build internal capacity and long-term
sustainability, this training equips participants with the knowledge, facilitation expertise, and coaching skills needed to train and support future 24:7 Dad® facilitators while maintaining
program fidelity and quality.
Prerequisite: Participants must first successfully complete NFI’s standard 24:7 Dad® Facilitator
Training before enrolling in the Organizational Master Training.
Upon completion, certified Master Trainers can train new facilitators within their organization,
helping to expand fatherhood services, strengthen staff capacity, and ensure high-quality program
delivery for years to come.
